We begin new digital product design partnerships with a discovery phase. Our team brainstorms with your key stakeholders, analyze your competitors, conduct user research to understand end-user behaviors, needs, and attitudes using various observation and feedback collection methods.

In this stage we systematically study target users to collect and analyze data that will aid to discover the optimum feasible digital solutions to boost user experience and discover the best product designs users love.

UI/UX audit

We conduct User Experience audit for existing software product application/s considering each angle and aspect of the HCI point of view and Standards. We check against Industry Standards and UI/UX fundamentals to check whether your product is complying with visual design basics, interactions, usability, Consistency, Flexibility/ Efficiency and help Users Recognize, Diagnose, Recover from Errors

User experience audit is the process utilized to identify potential usability issues based on established heuristics or prior user research. It enables to identify less-than-perfect areas of a digital product or software design.

Persona Identification

Based on the Research/ Audit output, we propose personas for possible scenarios, to consolidate in-depth workflow.

Design Sprint

With regards to a Software Application, Collective design inputs from different people, for a particular task or a functionality would be the best option to finalize a design. We would also involve members from your company as well, to make it a successful gathering.

We start the process with creating rough wireframes to align with the business requirements and we end up creating sleek designs in using Photoshop/ Illustrator.

Prototyping

Once we are done with the Design, we work on Static or Dynamic (html) prototypes to demonstrate the complete workflow of the software which will be developed. We use tools such as Figma/ Invision / Adobe XD etc.

UI Development

User Interface development is where we combining both design sensibilities and technical stuff together. No matter it is just html/css/ Javacsript/ WordPress development or Front-end develpment in command line. We develop interfaces in latest development technologies

Iconographic

To align with the design, we draw custom font icons and make it available through css. We use adobe Illustrator for vecter design. We have our own font icon Library for any customer to use free.

Guides/ Documentation

Once we are done with the Design/ Prototype, it’s time to start documenting the proposed UX concepts. One-by-one, each “module”, “Component” that explains how it should be developed, behave in different devices etc.
