Requirements Gathering is a fundamental part of a software development project. This process defines the functionalities required from the end-user perspective as well as the product owner. We conduct workshops with stakeholders to complete Requirement gathering phase.

Writing User Stories

Once we identify the requirements, writing User Stories is important as this document will guide Business Analysis and will direct Designer to come up with rough wireframes of a Software Application. Also, it helps to estimate the hours that will be consumed by the software development team.
